Return Policy

Follow the steps below to return your item:

1. Customer Service Email:
Send an email to our Customer Service department via Contact, including your order number, contact information, and reason for return.

2. Return your Package by Registered Delivery:
Once your return is approved, send back your item(s) using registered delivery (available at your local post office). Please do this within 10 business days. Ship to:

Keep the registered delivery receipt as proof of shipment. Wrap your items securely, preferably in the original packaging.

3. We are going to contact you within 30 business days with your refund, replacement, or exchange.
Upon receiving your items, we'll check they're unused and sealed, processing the return promptly. Refunds will be issued through your original payment method. Please allow up to 30 business days during peak times.

  • DSD de Luxe won't accept returns for a change of mind.
  • DSD de Luxe won't cover return shipping costs.
  • DSD de Luxe suggests a service with proof of receipt.
  • DSD de Luxe won't accept products returned cash on delivery at our expense.
  • DSD de Luxe isn't responsible if the product isn't received.
