TRANSPORTATION OF YOUR PACKAGE

1. The delivery will be finalized when we deliver the goods to the address you provided, so please make sure the details you provided are correct:

(i) Delivery address.

(ii) Contact telephone number.

(iii) Name and ID card number.

  • We are not responsible for late or failed deliveries, as a result of your error in the data you have provided to us.

2. All orders are processed and delivered exclusively on business days (Monday to Friday, not including holidays). All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered the next business day.


3. Your Order will be fulfilled on the estimated delivery date established in the shipping confirmation you receive from our transport company (Please see section 14 Terms and Conditions of Sale).


4. Despite our efforts and the collaborating transport companies, the certain conditions may occur during the delivery of your order.


5. To guarantee you a quality service, we take all necessary measures to identify the reasons that may give rise to these situations. Remember that all the packages that leave our facilities are in perfect condition and equipped with visible guarantee tapes that must be intact at the time of receipt.


6. If upon receipt of the order you verify that the packaging is damaged (damaged box or with visible signs of having been opened), you need to reject the order. In case of rejecting your package, please notify our Customer Service department as soon as possible through Contact.


7. If the package has been "Accepted" at the time of receipt by the recipient or authorized person, you will have a time limit of 48 hours to notify us of this situation if there is inside damage. Please contact our Customer Service team using the form on the Contact page of our website within this period. If you know in advance that you will be absent on the day of delivery, please notify the authorized person in charge of collecting the package of these details.


8. If you order Products to be delivered to one of the international delivery destinations, the order may be charged import duties and taxes, which are applied when the delivery reaches its destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for paying any import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order to these international destinations.


9. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the country for which the products are intended. We will not be liable if you break any of their laws or regulations.


10. We cannot process orders with a delivery address in a post office box.


11. Shipping costs will be charged to the customer and are indicated separately on the order form and the delivery note. Shipping costs will not be charged for purchases greater than the amount that we show on the Website.
